WHAT IS THE POLICY IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED AT MY PLACE?
Take pictures of the damaged part(s) and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a full refund or we will send you a new product in case your product is damaged. Resends go out the next day and you will be provided with new shipping information immediately to the same email address.
WHAT IF I WANT TO SEND MY PRODUCT BACK, BUT IT IS NOT DAMAGED?
That is possible, you can find the return shipping address at the bottom of this page. In this case, you pay for the shipping costs.
WHAT IF I DAMAGED MY PRODUCT BY ACCIDENT AND/OR BY IMPROPER USE - THAT IN GENERAL REALISTIC USE IS NOT LIKELY TO HAPPEN.
That is not possible. Therefore we absolutely recommend not to use our products outside, during wet weather conditions or for sport activities of any kind. We shall never be held liable to compensate any damage that has arisen as a result of the improper use of the products we have delivered. Let's be fair as well....a cardboard headset with water is simply not a good combination, nor is doing sports activities with the high risk of damaging the product thus your smartphone.
WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP IN THE RETURN PROCESS?
You can send us an email to email@example.com requesting your refund. After you have posted the package to the returns address and forwarded the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will refund your purchase.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY FEE OR NEW PRODUCT?
We aim to send a replacement product within 3 weeks after the resend has been approved, the same goes for refunds.

You have 30 days to return your product.
WHO WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT?
You will have to pay for shipping the product back to us, but we refund your initial shipping costs.
